CashCollector
CashCollector was founded in 2006 by a team of entrepreneurs with a background in successfully applying intelligent but simple-to-use software solutions to business issues.
Recognising a need to reduce the hassle involved in turning revenue into cash, the team applied their knowledge of workflow management to a new area, Credit control and Accounts Receivable Management. Unlike internal staff or third-party collection agencies, that are expensive to pay, focused only on the oldest accounts, and slow to collect, CashCollector is affordable, thorough and consistent – providing the results businesses need to maintain positive customer relationships and optimal cash flow.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, the company also operates in the U.K., across Europe and North America and is backed by Enterprise Ireland as well as a number of private investors.
David Malone - CEO
CEO David Malone founded CashCollector following the successful creation and launch of Twelve Horses - a marketing automation technology company operating in the U.S. and EMEA.
Operating since early 2000, David assembled a leading edge R&D facility in Ireland and a high calibre management team to head the company's development in North America. Prior to founding Twelve Horses, David developed a digital imaging and printing group, which had operations in Europe and North America. He directed the development of web based digital print, which combined personalization with web and print and successfully deployed solutions to Novell, SmithKline Beecham, I.B.M., Lotus and Oracle.
Julian Goacher - Chief Architect
Julian Goacher has 15 years professional software development
experience. Julian was one of the original members of the TwelveHorses
R&D team, before transferring to CashCollector when it was founded in
2006. Previously, he developed systems for documenting and tracking
industrial assembly processes.
Mick Coughlan - Chief Technology Officer
Mick Coughlan has more than 12 years experience in IT industry. Prior to joining CashCollector, he worked as senior project manager for Kindle Banking Systems, where he was responsible for development of client systems, including the setup of a development centre that currently employs more than 300 people. Previously, Mick worked as a software engineer with British Rail IT. He is a graduate of University College Cork.
Sharon Lynch - Financial Controller
In 1997 Sharon Lynch qualified as an Accounts Technician and was appointed Financial Controller of a Dublin based print company. In 2004 Sharon joined Twelve Horses and was appointed to the Board of Directors as Finance Director, where she developed and implemented strong systems of internal control procedures. Sharon manages CashCollectors financial function.
